BITUMINOUS MIXTURE WITH STEEL SLAG AGGREGATE AND MSW AGGREGATE

Bituminous mixtures formulated with steel slag aggregate from electric arc furnace steel mills and aggregate resulting from the incineration of municipal solid waste (MSW). These waste materials, once subjected to appropriate treatment, are transformed into reusable raw materials, clearly exemplifying the concept of circular economy. These aggregates replace natural aggregate in the production of bituminous mixtures for road pavement construction.
